300CE Idle Problem

I have a 1989 300CE with Idle problem. The engine stalls when idling or slowing down to a stop. The problem comes & goes. When I remove the 10-amp fuse on the Overvoltage Protection Relay (OVP), the car runs perfectly, but I loose the ABS and Cold start. The ABS light comes on and the Car does not start when cold.

Any Help will be appreciated....

Did you ever fix your problem? Did replacing the OVP not help? Even when the ICV is disconnected it stalls out?
