Steam came out of the heater vents after my 1993 190E made a spewing sound. I filled the reservoir with new antifreeze, and continued to have heat, but with an antifreeze smell in the car. If this problem is heater core failure, how much of the dashboard has to come out to remove it? Is it too difficult for a at-home job? Thanks.
