Front drivers side suspension knocking

Front drivers side suspension knocking

The drivers side front suspension is knocking and i can't figure it out. Everything seems to be tight and in order, and I repacked the wheel bearings thinking that might be the problem (no signs of wear). No difference. It is pronounced around right turns. Any advice?
