Trans Fluid Change
I have a 97 300D automatic. does the converter have a drain plug and is it easy to get to?..also what should the old fluid look like?

Yes, you do have a drain plug on the torque converter.

Can't find the piece readily >> but there is a nice write up on the color/smell of tranny fluid on this site...
Basicilly > it's not the same as normal cars... |
