W210 Lower Control Arm Bushing Replacement/Tools

I need to change the lower control arm bushings on my 96 E300d. I understand that they are liquid filled and require a special press to remove/install. Is this true, if it is does anyone know where I may beg borrow or rent one to perform this job?
