Diffs between US 380se cyl head vs Euro 380se

I have an 84 380se Euro car that is in need of a new cyl head due to a crack. I found some used heads that are from a US spec car. Will these heads work on my engine? I wish that I had the part numbers to compare, but at the moment I can't get them.

Thanks for the help.
