1985 MB 300TD - Suspension/hydraulic hose leaking

My suspension/hydraulic hose (pictures attached) coming out of my hydraulic oil reserve is leaking. The hose appears to be made out of rubber or similar - not a metal line.

Is this a simple hose replacement?

I can not find any part number listing.

What would the part # be?
