a/c problem w/1995 s 500

evaporator was replaced due to a confirmed leak. i took the car on a trip and about an hour into the ride, the air volume from the ducts decreased dramatically. replaced the blower motor regulator and the evaporator sensor both not making a big difference. i have noticed that after using the a/c for a period of time then allowing the car to sit for a while that a substantial amount of water drips underneath. before evaporator being replaced this car had absolutely no problems whatsoever. i am thinking the evaporator is freezing up. please help.
