The front seat belts in my 1993 500 SEL don't retract normally with body motion when buckled, particularly the one on the passenger side. It will extend with passenger motion and not retract at all. Once I push the release button, they seem to retract as they should. The previous owner didn't use them!
  Does anyone know what may be causing this? Thanks.
