Oil cooler pipe removal from head

On a 96 E300D, when removing the pipe from the oil cooler, does this take a special tool or will I be able to turn in with some vice grips?

Just got a call back from the dealer who says that this part is just a press in, so I'll check it out. If anyone can verify this that'd be great.

Well it was a press in fit on both sides, so once the head was loose I moved it away from the fitting, and it came off pretty easily. I just have to remember to put it on BEFORE I install the head! I'll post a picture once I take one with less resolution.
