hot and cold air same time?

my 1994 c280 is blowing how air out of the right side vents and cold air out the left side vents when I run the heater. any ideas?

Heater valve.
EVEN though USA cars don't have seperate manual controls, the heater core is still designed that way.

OF course the 1999-2000 C230 does have a manual system like most "euro" versions.

is there a part number or do i need to replace the heater core? where is the valve located?
