If your car have split climate control check passenger side monovalve. I believe split climate control cars have 2 monovalves. Either way check for vacuum leaks in your flap system, connecting vacuum pump and look for vacuum leak. I don't know where is vacuum router module installed in your car, but it must have many vacuum hoses connected to it. I had similar problem with my 300E. And I found 1 pod was not holding vacuum. Good luck
