AHHH a popping fuse

I have myself a problem on my 1987 300D you see,
I've got a fuse that is popping constantly,
It is for the slot #3 (parking/tail light on right side, headlamp cleaning unit, Illumination of: License plate, instrument, control elements)
.........yea i'm stuck theres nuffin up with the tail light so its something dealing with the other things help..what should i do and in what order..in detail plz not good with all this really..
