I have two issues.

First I had what was believed to be water in the fuel line. I used some additive and it seemed to clear up the stalling and abnormal idle but know it has a slight hesitation when excelerating from a complete stop. This hesitation is at low RPMs and is not evident at any other time. Any ideas?

Second my transmition seems to slip between second and third gear. It does this when the car is cold. I can manually shift gears and i works well if i get the RPMs above 2000 before I change into 3rd gear/overdrive. But like I said it will shift fine both ways once it is warm.

Your help would be great.
