Electrical problem on front wiper.
Need help finding,I suspect electrical short, as soon as you turn ignition on wiper starts,I had to pull fuse to stop it. I played with controls and washer controls,no luck ,

Good chance you have a short in the park switch internal to the motor, but you might want to unplug the combination relay, which runs the interval wipe function. I suppose the wiper switch also could be bad.
Time for a wiring diagram.

I had this problem happen to me on a 123. Wiper would run when lights are turned on. Turned out to be a ground sneak from the headlight grounding point activating the wiper relay. Notice anything peculiar with other electrics?
