Does a '99 C230 Kompressor have a cover / floorpan under the engine compartment?

I just bought a '99 C230 Kompressor Sport version. The car has brackets for a cover underneath the engine compartment, but no cover. Is there a bottom cover / floorpan on these models? Did the previous owner remove or lose the cover?
