3ooD Rear diff question

I have a 1984 300D turbo with a bad rear. and i have an oppertunity to buy a rear out of a 1981 300D non-turbo cheap are the gear ratios different ?

yes

the non turbo ratio is 346 the turbo is 308. sorry.
