Low end hesitation

I have a 93 300 CE Cab with a low end hesitation with popping through the intake, even in neutral at idle. Recent work done was headgasket and wiring harness. The car ran fine after this project. Started car with low battery and that is when the problem developed. Since reading the codes replaced or swapped MAS, throttle actuator, OVP, O2 Sensor, and fuel pump relay to no avail. At higher rev's seems to clear up some but comes right back. Any ideas?

TIA
Dan

As you drive the fuel computer adapts to the info that it receives from it's sensors.

When the battery is disconnected for a WHILE that fuel computer MIGHT loose that adaptive sensor input. You might have to drive at light throttle for 25-50 miles for the computer to re-learn....

low end hesitation? why?

like MB Doc said--take a while to relearn--however--the 'default' setting should not result in lean fuel/air mixture like you describe. Check to ensure fuel pressure is up to specs and that you do not have a vacuum leak in th eintake system somewhere.

I swapped the ECU from a 94 E320 and problem was fixed immediately. PGA has a used one in stock...any thoughts.
