94 s500 Suspension/Steering Question

I have a 1994 s500 in need of an alignment. The firestone shop said they could not perform the alignment because the "right inner tie rod" was frozen. I went to thebenzbin.com and found a "Tie Rod End", do I need this or the entire "Tie Rod Assembly?" And If i'm replacing the right side, should I also replace the left? Any other parts you guys recommend swapping out while I'm doing this. Lower ball joints and control arm bushings were done about a year ago.

You should start over with a good independent shop. Anything you do should be done on both sides.
