230 newbie

I recently purchased an '03 C230 sports coupe. Great little car, but...now its time for an oil change. I have the filter, I have the oil, but can someone tell me how I drain it and where I can find the oil filter?

I assumed it would be a similar procedure to an american car, but I see now I was mistaken. Any info on this little 1.8L would be appreciated.
