Idle arm bolt W140

Does anyone have any advice for removing the idle arm bolt on a 1999 S420? The exhaust blocks the removal, and I'd hate to pull the exhaust for such an easy repair.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

Followup

Just for closure, by removing the two bolts holding the cat pipe flange to the manifold (followed by some hammering to free the flange), followed by some more hammering and cussing. There is just enough room to get the bolt out and back in. I had hoped there was an easier way but the job is done.
