1992 300E 3.0L.
Hi all, I just bought a 92 300E with 132,000 miles. I just got the A/C to work because it was the fan thermostat that was disconected and the fans were on all the time and the A/C did not engage. when I plugged it in the fans turned off and the A/C started to work, but they dont turn on when the A/C is on, only when the engine temp goes over 80. Are they suppose to work like that, or is there a bad relay somewere? Also when the A/C engages the engine wants to stall because it's not accelerating. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?
