W116 1979 280s 100k

I Have An 280s W116 In Good Condition, But With One Little Problem, Upon Startup There Is A Puff Of Oil Smoke From The Exhaust, Also Just Upon The First Pull A Away After Start Up There Is Quite A Good Puff Of Blue Smoke From The Exhaust. However At High Speeds And Under Full Load Kickdown There Is No Smoke And Performance Is Fine.

Upon Deceleration There Is Also Smoke From The Exhaust, Especially If You Take The Car Up To 180km/h And You Take Your Foot Of The Accelerator The Car Starts Smoking From The Exhaust.

I Suspect The Valve Stem Seals Has Become Hard, Or Worn, Can The Stemseals Be Changed Without Removing The Head, What Is The Easiest Way For A Diy Oke To Change The Seals??
