I am looking to buy a '93 to '95 300ce convertible for my wife. I have been told to look for the 24 valve engine. My question....do all the 320 convervibles have 24 valve engines, if not what years were they availabe.

the 93 - 95 300ces all had the m104 24V engine in North America. I think the same is true for other markets but I'm not sure.

Yes, and don't be fooled by the badge on 1993 models. 1993 convertibles are badge as 300CE, while 1994-1995 cars are badged as E320.

All three years have the same 3.2 liter M104 engine.
All three years have the same interior.
1994-1995 E320 convertibles have the updated hood / grill / headlights.
