Only when it's wet and damp

Only when it's wet and damp outside does this occur, between 25 and 35 mph I step on the gas and it hesitates, feels like it misses and then takes off. I'm not flooring it. The car temp is cold and after I drive it for about 30 minutes she's fine. I just had the distributer cap, rotar and plugs replaced. 1990 420 SEL any suggestions guys? Thanks again for all your help. Siduri

Watch the plug wires in the dark for arcing.. they are suspect.
.next time it does it, spray them with WD40 and retry.. if that solved it, change them

Ditto on what Arthur says. I personally replaced plug wires on a couple of 380 V8s for the same problem. Fixed the problem.
