parking brake release question
vehicle is a 1988 560sl...recently when i release the parking brake the pedal needs some assistance to reach the stop. is there something that needs greased or adjusted, if so where?. i thought maybe the parking brake shoes needed to be replaced but last week when i replaced the rear rotors they appeared to be in good shape.thanks as always for your help.

Had the linkage seize on mine when I first bought it; it was severely rusted and the PO never used it. The linkage can pretty well be traced under the car IIRC; just make sure everything's moving freely, starting with the pedal itself. Did this start happening before you did the rear brake work, or after?
