190 Hood insulation
Hi,
I'm new to this forum... looks pretty good, and I've turned up some interesting stuff using the search. My 1986 190E 2.0 (I'm in England) is *noisy* - you could never miss the engine in there. I read about hood insulation on the 200-300E being much smaller on the Euros and big on the US models.. so I too a look at my hood/bonnet... and yes, I've got the small bit towards the rear. Is the large insulation pad available for the 190E ? Will it fit my 1986 2.0? Providing I can do this, which I'm keen to, I don't suppose anyone knows a source in the UK for them if they're non-mercedes original over here? thanks Russ
