1995 E320 Strange A/C problem

I bought this car last year, since then I am having A/C problems.4-5 months ago I changed, compressor. expansion valve, Whole hose assembly, speed sensor (back of the compressor), Climate control unit. A/C worked fine few month now in vegas about 110 degree and my problem started again
When you run the car first time if in garage A/C works perfect if you don't trun off it will cool without any problem, but after turning off and restart it gives hot air. Sometimes 2-3 times turn on-off the car A/C will start back, but sometime even after 10-12 times turning on and off the car it still gives hot air. I am thinking again it might be climate control unit. It does only if temperature is very hot outside (in las vegas average 110-115 whole summer) so please hellllpppp
