E 320 model 1995 automatic gear

What controls auxlilary cooling fan (Second speed) activation on a '95 E 320. In my car the first speed comes with AC after 4 or 5 seconds and the same speed of fans is uptill 100C
The question is that when the second speed of the Auxiluray fans comes as in my car they are not coming uptill 105C. This high temp is observed with AC struck in the traffic.
Anyway i can activate the two front mounted fans at 95 C.
The following things are replaced:
1) Water pump
2) Thermostae

Thanking in advance

Normal Operation.

Some do put a resistor in parellel with the high fan sensor to lower its cut-in spec...
