W124 AC. Replaced evaporator now condensor leaks. My fault?

Hello,

I had leak in my evaporator and I replaced it and charged the system myself. Prior to charging I pulled vacuum on the system but I did not flush it and remove the oil. I put in a full charge of oil and refrigerant so I think it was over charged with oil because it did not blow too cold. Could that cause an condenser leak? What does oil overcharging do? I checked the high side after charging and it was around 250. If it is overcharged with oil will I see a high pressure?
