exhaust system 86 560sl

Has anyone had the pleasure/pain of exchanging the exhaust system on a 560sl? Is this a reasonable do it yourself job or should I pay the money and take it to the dealership? I don't need to replace immediately, but I know it will be soon. Thanks.
