fuel leak when running 1988 300CE

it must be the injectors or something. I can see the fuel run back down the fuel line. It drips a little right under the drivers seat. But only when the car has been running. Where should I look? perhaps the first place to check would be where the fuel line ends up at the motor. Any thoughts? its a car I just bought a couple days ago. There is a very recent receipt for a new fuel pump relay. Perhaps too much fuel is going to the injectors? Or it could be the fitting at the end of the delivery line. The motor was mickey moused a bit the last couple of years. Before that it was maintained correctly. I hope the pre-cats are not getting burned out.

Thanks in advance,
Jason
