1988.190e
Hi
I just bought a 1988 190E (2.3) and am wondering if some one on this board can tell me what model the chasis and the engine is. I see these chasis numbers like 124 and engine numbers like M116 and so on being talked about on this board. Also I would like to know where I can find a good set of wiring diagrams other than at the Benz dealer, something I can down load or have mailed to me, I will not use my credit card on the web so ther source would have to be able to take a card over the phone. Thanks Chuck |

Haynes makes a manual for our cars (I have one). It's not as good as a Mercedes shop manual or anything, but it's available at any parts store, and it only costs $15. Money well spend IMHO.
