1) When the engine is cold, starts first try. When engine is hot within 5 minutes of shutting down, starts first try BUT after 5 minutes of cooling down and before completely cooled, starting takes at least three tries before engine turns over.

2) Driver's seat back will slowly tilt backwards while driving. Is there a lock or a gear to check to stop this? I took turing handle and chrome cover off but saw no adjustment at that point.

PLEASE HELP!!

The starting problem sounds like fuel pressure leakdown. Commonly caused by the accumulator (pressure reservoir). The fuel pump check valve or system pressure valve leaking can also bring it down. Without pressure on a hot fuel system the fuel boils in the injectors causing a vapor lock condition.
