need M14x1.5 adapter for KE-Jetronic

I am new to this forum.

I am trying to troubleshoot a gross over-rich condition on my friend's '89 300E. It is so bad that the car will hardly run. I think that I have narrowed it down to either the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel distributor or a leaking cold start valve. I disabled the electronic part of the system and there was no improvement. I would like to check the fuel pressure but I cannot find a supplier of a M14x1.5 female adapter. Is there a way to obtain one without buying a complete CIS presure testing kit?

Thanks,
Ed Prytherch, Columbia SC
