effects of ether on o2 sensor

Greetings to all. So much to learn, so little time. I was checking for vac. leaks and now my auto misses at idle. Any connection? A little knowledge is a dangerous thing! Thanx from SoFlo. luigi's 82 380sec. Did I mention that I was using a can of starting fluid? Thanx again' luigi
