129 Tech Training CD-ROM

As a DIY wannabe, I came accross this CD-ROM available at MBUSA,

and it appears from the sample page, the CD could be a great learning tool. Unfortunately, it appears that it is only available to MB Certified Techs. Has anybody seen the full contents of this CD and comment on content? Are they available from another source for us rookies? TIA for your comments!
