How is this door trim removed? PIC

I need to remove this door trim. I found 1 screw by the door edge but it still won't let go. Do i just pull really hard???
It's the part indicated by the red arrow.

After you remove the screw, slide the trim backwards.

hi manny, thx but i've already pulled, slid and did all kinds of things but it won't budge. i've pulled enough to bend the trim, and it looked like there were 3-4 plastic rivets that hold it in place...?? i was afraid to pull harder b/c i thought i'd break the trim.

On my car ( see sign. ), I just remove the one screw inside the trailing edge of the door, and with the door open grab the leading edge of the trim and push it toward the rear.
The nylonclips of the trim slide inside of holes in the door.
Just looking at yours, there doesn't seem to be much difference.
I'm sure you do not pull ( outward ) on the trim.
