1994 S600 Sedan. Front heaters have no hot air. Rear heaters work 100%

My fron heaters used to work, one day just started blowing cold air out of ducts. Even with cli. control up to 80 or 90.Rear climate control blows reallllllllllly hot air...thank god ! Any help is GREATLY app.
