Windows half way up!?

My windows on my Mercedes 420 SEL are stuck half way up? Could this be a relay ? and if so where would it be located? Or could it possible be the window switches? The fuses are fine, but I am having a hard time locating any window relays, if anyone can help with a diagram or suggestion I would be most elated , as I live in Ohio! Brrr! 39 degrees this morning. This is my first time to this forum and apppreciate any help

Does anyone know where the relay is, the fuses are ok. This is my first posting and appreciate any help. Also does anyone know where I can get a manuel showing locations of relays and fuses. Have you recently disconnected your battery or had your battery go dead? Hard to tell from your message but I was wondering if you just need to reset your windows. Look in your manual for the proceedure. I had to do this with my 99 C Class, so you may have to do something similar. You may also need to reset your sunroof.
