Problems with my 87 Mercedes 420 SEL

I can't get my Mercedes to start, It just cranks but wont fire up. I have a hunch that its the fuel pump relay, am I correct in that guess and where can I find one and at what price?

Before you spend money, open your right rear door, and listen for the fuel pump buzz . When you turn on the ignition, it should buzz for a few moments and then quit when it builds sufficient pressure.

Sometimes fuel pump relays get loose and car won't start; jiggle the relay or brace it to see it it fires up; it happened to me on my 420 se

Also try to jumper the fuel pump relay terminals if the pump isn't running. You can do so with a paperclip. Do a search here and you will find lots of info on that.
