I bought a scanning tool and DVD set for my 2002MB E320 4matic wagon from Manuals Unlimited last summer. Nothing works. I have contacted them numerous times and they don't even respond. Don't waste your money with them. Anyone else have similar problems with

I have had good luck in using my manual. I got bumped out one time and I emailed them and they replied with the fix. If you email me I may be able to help you use the software. It is a little quirky, but I think that is just the software, not the manuals unlimited.
