260E squeaky noise when turning steering

I notice that after driving for a bit, my car make a squeaky noise in the front around the wheel wells area when I turn the steering. The noise seems to go a way after a few turn of the steering. Then I continue driving a bit, and turn the steering again, and the noise comes back again. Repeats....

Any idea where its coming from?
