Seat of pants vibration

hello all
mercedes is 1994 e 320 coupe sportline 130,000 mi
when sitting at stop lite in gear I notice a vibration in seat that is kind of harmonic when transmission is in park I dont feel the vibration
car runs great and shifts as it should
i think this is a transmission mount am I close on the right track
motor mounts changed about 10000 miles ago
any ideas
i have a great indy in state college pa who will do the work but want to have an idea before i take it in

With THAT kind of mileage, it would likely be worth changing the transmission mount.

In addition to the tranny mount, I would still also check out the motor mounts. Even the OEM have been known to fail early, as it seems they make them with materials that are inferior when compared to the original.
