brake system problems on 126 s body

on a 1987 420 sel i am getting activation of antilock system at slow speeds such as slowing down for stop signs with no slippery conditions to activate system have tried front and rear sensors another control brain and even substituded hydralic antilock system with relay same results Work correctly in slippery conditions do not have light on dash Help me please This is annoying

Abs

As llington stated wheel bearings will cause this as will dirty speed sensors. With time metal particals build up on the sensors and reduce the sensitivity of the sensor.
While the sensors are removed for cleaning plug in an ohmmeter at the underhood connector and check the wiring for breaks.
