C36 AMG Piston Rings
Anyone know where to get the right piston rings for this engine? It's the 1996 C-class AMG built 3.6 engine. I can have this car cheap with all the work done and ready from when the head gasket blew at 124,000 miles one year ago. The dealership has sent the wrong piston rings twice and now the shop that bought the car wants to get rid of it cheap. They are frustrated with the project, it's just a muffler and alignment shop anyway. The car is all there. I can take it to a master tech who is right around the corner and would give a real quote to finish the job. Where are these piston rings?
