Unhappy Difficult DIY?

How difficult of a DIY is it to replace the airbag sensor in the front passenger seat of a 2000 E320? Is there an DIY article on it and if not then would someone like to do it?
Thanks

A good upholstery shop can do that in 2-3 hrs.

Requires R & R of seat & removal of the cover.
