W124 driveshaft support and bearing replacement

Anyone ever r&r the driveshaft center support bearing and the support itself?

When I accelerate hard, mainly in first, it makes a thunk thunk thunk and it's pretty loud. It's not the clack clack clack of a cv joint, and I just had the rear diff. mounts and flex disc replaced.

So, is this something relatively easy I can do myself? The local german shop is quoting me 360 total for everything. They already got 560 for the above mentioned work, I shoulda/coulda done that myself too. Oh well....
