Changing 2002 CLK brakes to 05 Brakes?

I just purchased a 2002 CLK430 with 40K miles on it last weekend (Love it). What I am wondering is if its possible to change the brakes out for a newer model year brakes so that the calipers say "Mercedes-Benz" on them instead of just being black?

Or as a cheaper alternative...you can paint the existing ones and affix decals like this:

Ironically, my wife noticed how unsightly the gray calipers looked on her 01 CLK430 and asked me to brighten it up a bit. I expected the blue caliper paint to be a bit more like marina blue, closer to her paint color, but once dry, turned out more like Ford blue...oh well...

Got the AMG decals from eBay...specifically for calipers. They come in any color and manufacturer you desire...I chose to layer silver over black to give the lettering some depth.

Calipers have some honest brake dust residue on them now...I clean them up whenever the car gets washed...

Those look awesome! Especially the paint strokes that overlapped onto the pads. I bet you put the 55 badge on the back of your 320 as well, BARF.

No smarta$$, the car was a fairly new purchase when I did the calipers...unlike the other vehilces I own where I was experienced with the brake work and dismantled everything prior to paint, I didn't feel it was necessary to tear into this one just yet.

And unless you are a mechanic...or a dog getting ready to piss on the tires, most don't notice the slight imperfections...and the pic was taken with a shop light aimed directly onto the rim...when the car is outside, the caliper color doesn't look as dramatic...

Reprise:

This is what the car looks like with the "BARF" brake calipers...although red would have been a more correct color, the best part about vehicle ownership is that you can do whatever the heck you want!

...since the rims are authentic AMG, I saw no reason why I couldn't bend the rules and stick ///AMG on the calipers as well...

Wow, I guess someone didnt like your idea. I might try Silver paint (to match my car) and black AMG or Mercedes-Benz decal. Thanks for your suggestion.

No one knows if the newer brake calipers would connect though?

Yes the Four Piston FRONT Brake calipers WILL Fit the 208 (C32) or Late 203 with the Four Piston caliper. Also on the 2007 209s MB Offered a SPORT set up option with the Four Piston Caliper with cross drilled rotors

I Have done a couple 208s to the four piston caliper set up HUGE Difference in stopping!

Also One can Install the Real AMG calipers either from the CLK/E 55 or the New set up from a SLK 55 with the SIX Piston Brake calipers...But One will need 18s for clearance
