Question Dash warning lights stay on: Why?

All warning lights on dash stay illuminated when car is started. Car is 1992 300E.

What is potential problem?

That's interesting. Could bad OVP also cause fan for A/C to fail to operate? That's another problem with this car? Fuse in motor compartment is not blown.

Doubt it..
Check for voltage at the 3 wire connector on firewall, behind brake booster..Red/Blk/Yellow.
You should have 12v across R/B and low volts [3-8] across Y/B.. That will verify ACC and fuses..
Thst is power feed for blower/regulator..
